Terms and conditions
At aluminimo you can order your goods online and pay with Dankort, Visa card or Mastercard.
The money will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from the store.
Please note that we send free of charge to all addresses in Denmark for purchases over 600 Kr.
Packing and delivery
Depending on size and quantity, we send the products individually packaged in solid cardboard boxes. aluminimo reserves the right to divide the order into several packages, if the volume or other conditions reguire it. aluminimo provides delivery to the recipient on the date that is desired in the order. Timely delivery, however, presupposes that the freight company complies with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at the freight company, this will likewise delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date.
aluminimo cannot be held liable for delays at the freight company. In the case of deliveries which are very late or have not been delivered, aluminimo will of course send a new delivery without charge.
aluminimo strives to ship orders as soon as possible. As a rule, orders made before noon will be shipped the same day.
Payment
At aluminimo you can order your goods online and pay via Dankort, Visa, Visa international, Euro, JCB and Mastercard.
Freight
The goods are sent free of charge to addresses throughout Denmark when purchasing over DKK 600
It is also possible to pick up the goods directly from Aluminimo at Bødkervej 3, 7600 Struer. Denmark
Personal Information
Overall, it is important for us to point out that NO personal information registered with aluminimo will at any time be transferred, sold or available to third parties. All information is stored in a safe manner and is only available to trusted aluminimo employees.
In connection with electronic payment we store NO credit card information for security reasons. Only at the moment of payment must financial information be transferred to PBS to a certain extent. This is done with maximum security measures via an encrypted SSL connection according to regulations from PBS. The transaction is handled via DanDomain, which at all times complies with the applicable security requirements.
The shop system uses cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is just the name of a file that is stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to store its own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later date, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, it is done via the menu Tools and the menu option Internet settings.
During a purchase, we request our name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and stored for 5 years. The actual "contract" (purchase agreement) is not stored at aluminimo.
In addition, we register the IP address from which any purchases are made. The information is usually not used, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police!
You can also optionally have your email address recorded on a mailing list at aluminimo, so that you receive news and other information from aluminimo on an ongoing basis. This service can be registered and excluded at any time as you wish.
Cf. the Personal Data Act we inform on request of registered information and on the basis of possibility we dispose of objections to the extent desired.
Cancellation
aluminimo returns 14 days of return on our goods, from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition as you received it. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price (including postage and shipping) is refunded to your account within a few days. Return costs must be held by yourself.

Product returns also goes to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent per. COD. Returns can also be done by refusing receipt or handing the goods in with us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information follows the package - eg copy of order confirmation and account number for bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any. prior correspondence etc.
